BSPC flooring is the abbreviation for Bamboo Stone-Plastic Composite Flooring, the latest revolution in resilient flooring construction. It is designed for long-term, incredibly water-resistant performance. Combine SPC with the beauty of real bamboo veneers, and you get the most cost-effective flooring in the world.

Structures

Bamboo SPC flooring consists of 4 layers: UV lacquer coating layer + strand woven bamboo veneer + SPC core + underlayment (1mm EVA or 1mm IXPE)

Specification

All the top veneer of Bamboo SPC flooring is strand woven bamboo veneers. The veneer thickness is 1.2mm. Follow is the regular sizes:

Surface Treatment

Normally, the flooring are UV coated surface with flat treatment. Besides flat treatment, we can also do wire brush, handscraped, fine-sawn and so on.

Floor Mat or Underlayment

The underlayment can be made from various materials, including foam, cork, rubber, or a combination of these. We usually use EVA or IXPE. The choice of material can affect the flooring’s sound insulation, comfort, and moisture resistance.

We have professional workers and advanced coating lines. We can perfectly match colors based on our customers’ samples or provide our color samples for reference. Our BSPC traditional color is natural & carbonized color. We also develop many stained colors for different markets. If the colors don’t meet your needs, we can also match the color.
